## Our story

LS Lettings started over 15 years ago with a straightforward aim: to offer a letting service good enough to attract good people, good tenants and good landlords alike. Do that, and most of the usual renting headaches simply disappear.

Our founder, Oliver, purchased his first house in Leeds at 18 and has been hooked on property ever since, and that's still the energy behind everything we do. Fifteen years on, we manage student, professional and family homes right across Leeds, and you'll usually deal with the same point of contact throughout. We're the right size to make sure no one becomes a number, and we know the private rented sector inside out, handling everything from full management and rent collection to referencing, inspections and everything in between, including the compliance that trips most landlords up.
