## Know Someone Who Needs a Good House?

Refer a friend

Whether they're after a house or have one to let, send them our way. We'll find them a nice house, or suitable tenants for theirs.

If your friend signs up with us, we'll say thank you with £30.

## Three steps

- **Tell us who** — Fill in the form below with your details and your friend's. It takes a minute.
- **We get in touch** — We'll contact your friend, mention you sent them, and help them find a house or let their property.
- **You get your thank you** — When your friend signs up with us, we'll send you £30.

## What happens next

We'll get in touch with your friend and let them know you sent them.

We'll keep you posted on how it goes.

Thank you for thinking of us.
