What happens after I submit?

You'll get a confirmation email with your issue reference. During office hours we triage within a few hours and update you with the next step — whether that's a contractor visit, a how-to video, or a question for you.

Yes. Fixflo encrypts submissions in transit and at rest, and only LS Lettings staff plus the specific contractor handling your issue can see the details. We don't share anything with third parties beyond the contractor we assign.
